أوقفت التجمعات الصحية في المناطق صرف بدل ساعات العمل الإضافي لعدد من الفئات الوظيفية المشمولة ببنود التشغيل الذاتي، استنادًا إلى تعميم من الجهات المعنية تضمن تنفيذ القرار القاضي بإعادة تنظيم صرف البدلات والمزايا المالية.
وبحسب التعميم الصادر والموجّه إلى مديري المستشفيات والمراكز التخصصية، فإن القرار يشمل فني إحصاء طبي، مساعد رعاية مرضى منزلي، مساعد إداري، سائق سيارة، حارس أمن، مراسل، عامل على بند الأجور مع التأكيد على إيقاف صرف بدل ساعات العمل الإضافي اعتبارًا من تاريخ 06 / 06 / 1447هـ. وأشار التعميم - الذي حصلت «عكاظ» على نسخة منه - إلى أن العمل بأحكام القرار يستمر لمدة سنتين اعتبارًا من تاريخ 06 / 06 / 1445هـ، أو إلى حين استكمال الإجراءات النظامية لتحسين أوضاع المشمولين وفق الأمر الملكي رقم (28)، أيهما أسبق.
وأكدت التجمعات الصحية، التزامها بتطبيق القرار بما يحقق العدالة النظامية وضبط عمليات الصرف المالي وفق اللوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة.
The health clusters in the regions have suspended the payment of overtime allowances for a number of job categories included in the self-employment provisions, based on a circular from the relevant authorities that included the implementation of the decision to reorganize the payment of allowances and financial benefits.
According to the issued circular directed to hospital and specialized center directors, the decision includes medical statistics technicians, home patient care assistants, administrative assistants, drivers, security guards, messengers, and workers on the wage system, with confirmation to stop the payment of overtime allowances starting from the date 06 / 06 / 1447 AH. The circular - which "Okaz" obtained a copy of - indicated that the implementation of the decision will continue for two years starting from the date 06 / 06 / 1445 AH, or until the completion of the regulatory procedures to improve the conditions of those included according to Royal Order No. (28), whichever comes first.
The health clusters confirmed their commitment to applying the decision in a manner that achieves legal justice and regulates financial disbursement processes in accordance with the approved regulations and systems.
