كشف المحامي سعود الرمان، عن صدور قرار من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) بتاريخ 4 نوفمبر 2025 يقضي بفرض عقوبة إيقاف قيد اللاعبين لثلاث فترات تسجيل على عدد من الأندية السعودية، يتصدرها نادي الشباب، وشملت العقوبة ثمانية أندية جاءت على النحو التالي:
1. نادي الشباب – قضية واحدة
2. نادي أُحد – 16 قضية
3. نادي الجندل – قضيتان
4. نادي الصفا – قضية واحدة
5. نادي طويق – قضية واحدة
6. نادي الوحدة – قضيتان
7. نادي الشعلة – قضية واحدة
8. نادي نجران – قضية واحدة
وأوضح الرمان أن القرار جاء نتيجة قضايا مالية منظورة لدى «فيفا»، مبيناً أن الإيقاف يسري على ثلاث فترات تسجيل متتالية، ويُرفع فور تسوية الالتزامات وسداد المستحقات المالية المقررة على الأندية المعنية.
ويأتي هذا القرار ضمن الإجراءات التي يتخذها الاتحاد الدولي لتعزيز الانضباط التعاقدي وضمان حماية حقوق اللاعبين والمدربين والأندية في منظومته الكروية العالمية.
Lawyer Saud Al-Rumman revealed that a decision was issued by the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) on November 4, 2025, imposing a penalty of player registration suspension for three transfer windows on several Saudi clubs, led by Al-Shabab Club. The penalty includes eight clubs as follows:
1. Al-Shabab Club – One case
2. Ohod Club – 16 cases
3. Al-Jandal Club – Two cases
4. Al-Safa Club – One case
5. Al-Tuwaik Club – One case
6. Al-Wahda Club – Two cases
7. Al-Shu'la Club – One case
8. Najran Club – One case
Al-Rumman explained that the decision came as a result of financial cases pending before FIFA, indicating that the suspension applies to three consecutive transfer windows and will be lifted as soon as the obligations are settled and the financial dues owed by the concerned clubs are paid.
This decision is part of the measures taken by FIFA to enhance contractual discipline and ensure the protection of the rights of players, coaches, and clubs within its global football system.
